Hibernation

Who's ready for a Caribbean getaway?? Woooooo woooo meeee meee meee! Tis the season of cabin fever, hibernation, and winter blues! Today Cole got to play out in the snow for the 1st time ever! He LOVED it. He loved sled-riding down our little hill and cried when it was time to come inside.  It has been freezing here in PA and we hardly get out. Courtney gets excited just to go to the grocery store theses days (so do I)! We have been battling the stomach flu and colds over the past few weeks and are ready for some healthy days to come again!
On a brighter note PITTSBURGH's GOIN TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!!! Here we go Steeler's here we GO!!! We are all super excited and ready for the big day! Here are a few pictures of what Newton crew has been up to! ☺
1st time in the snow!

Cole would just lay back and not move a muscle.

1st time down the hill by himself!!!
 He LOVES IT!
One happy boy!
Congratulations to Ronni and Jason in their engagement!

Wii Dance party, too funny to watch!

 Super Bowl Baby!!!
LOVE this picture! What a cute cheerleader.
We watched the playoff game with the Kessler family and had a wonderful time. The kids played and parents actually got to WATCH the game. It was wonderful. This is their "touchdown" dance!
And this is the "we're going to the Super Bowl" dance, even the dad's had to join in. Good times!
 James and Preston celebrating!!!
"No nap today mom" LOL
 My thug son!
Courtney bathing her baby alive "flowery". Like the dress, it was my flower girl dress from GG's & Dave's wedding when I was four. Awesome, she loves it and it fits her perfectly!
Play date with our buddy's Austin and Brynlee Schawl.
 Silly kids with silly faces.
Daddy's little helper! Nana got Courtney her own shovel to help Daddy with all this snow.

Love is in the air!

Happy 6th Anniversary!!! A LOT has happened to the Newton family since that beautiful January day in Key west 6 years ago! What I wouldn't give to live that entire week all over again, but I have to say it gets better and better every year. We have been blessed so much. We were just saying this morning that are lives are much more "lively" these days with the two little ones running around. We also said we will definitely be re-newing our vows in Key West one year and invite you all to relive that amazing experience with us! We are being treated to a babysitter tonight, thank you Uncle Billy and we're off to dinner and a movie!

New Years Eve in the Newton household!
Look who stayed up to watch the ball drop for the 1st time!
 Does she look sleepy???
 Winter fun!
